REFUND POLICY: NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURE OR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RESERVED DATES.

CABLE: Day $5.00, Week $20.00, Month $40.00, plus tax.

BOAT SLIPS: Day $5.00, Week $30.00, Month $75.00 (up to 22'), Month $85.00 (over 22'), plus tax.

STORAGE: New dry storage. $4.50 plus tax per lineal foot, per month.
