We are Skyline Manufacture distributors, and all of the units in our park model area are Skyline models. The cost for the basic tied down unit (approximately 500 square feet) with one bedroom and one bath, which includes air conditioning, a furniture package, carpet, appliances and your paved driveway with screened patio is approximately $60,000.00. There are additional costs to add additional rooms, decks, etc., and you would need to call our Camp Mack Office to set up an appointment to discuss the different options available and additional costs.
Camp Mack's River Resort is in the process of forming a Condo Association which will allow us to sell individual lots. Buyers will get a Fee Simple Deed to their property.
